Question 1

What is the official website for GOJO Scotland?

Accepted Answer

The official GOJO Scotland website is https://www.gojoscotland.com. GOJO Scotland is operated by S&T Synergy Ltd in Edinburgh, and bookings taken anywhere else are not made with us. You can also call 0131 210 0390 or email info@gojoscotland.com.

Question 2

How do I book a taxi from Edinburgh Airport as a visitor from abroad?

Accepted Answer

Book online at https://www.gojoscotland.com/book before you fly. Enter your pickup and drop-off address, add your flight number, choose meet and greet if you would like a driver waiting in arrivals with a name board, and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — or pay the driver in cash.

Question 3

Do GOJO Scotland fares include the airport fee and waiting time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your online quote is a fixed price that already includes the airport pickup fee, any meet and greet, child or booster seats and late-night surcharges, so there is nothing extra to pay on arrival.

Question 4

Which areas of Scotland does GOJO Scotland cover?

Accepted Answer

GOJO Scotland is based in Edinburgh but we cover journeys anywhere in the UK — we'll take you from Edinburgh to anywhere in the UK, and pick you up from anywhere in the UK to bring you to Edinburgh, Glasgow, St Andrews, Dundee or Aberdeen. Whether it's a short city transfer or a long-distance journey, we'll get you there.

Question 5

Which app do I download to book a GOJO ride?

Accepted Answer

Riders download 'GOJO Book a Ride' from the App Store, and drivers download 'GOJO Driver'. Both are linked from https://www.gojoscotland.com.

Question 6

Can I book GOJO Scotland from outside the UK before I travel to Edinburgh?

Accepted Answer

Yes. GOJO Scotland takes bookings from anywhere in the world at https://www.gojoscotland.com/book. Whether you are flying to Edinburgh from the USA, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, India, Australia, China or anywhere else, you can pre-book a fixed-price car in GBP with your flight number, pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and get an instant email confirmation. Cash to the driver is also accepted. No UK phone number or UK bank card is needed to book.

Question 7

I am connecting through another airport before Edinburgh — can GOJO pick me up there?

Accepted Answer

Yes. GOJO Scotland collects passengers from any UK airport — including London Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Glasgow and Aberdeen — and drives them to Edinburgh or anywhere else in the UK as one fixed-price journey. We also do the reverse: Edinburgh to any UK airport. Flights are monitored, so a delayed connection does not lose your car.

Question 8

Do GOJO Scotland drivers speak English and accept international cards?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All GOJO Scotland chauffeurs are English-speaking, licensed by their local Scottish council and PVG-checked. Payment is taken in GBP and international Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards are accepted, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
